This is a shortened version of our Terms and Conditions. A full version will be sent out with any quotes requested.

 

A non returnable deposit of 30% will be needed to secure the order. The balance must be paid and cleared at least 14 days before the hire period begins. A separate breakage deposit of £50 must be paid with the balance and will be returned in full once the china is returned undamaged. Any breakages will be deducted from this. In the unusual event that the charge for breakages exceeds the deposit you will be invoiced separately for the shortfall. Breakages are charged at 6 times the hire charge per item.

Delivery and collection can be discussed when an order is placed. Washing up is included in the hire charge.

All items on hire remain the property of us at all times but will be the responsibility of the hirer from delivery to collection. The hirer should therefore ensure that they are covered with insurance for loss or damage due to fire, theft or vandalism and public liability whilst the items are in their care. We will not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused in any way by our items during the hire period.
